Pt. 11 Tiny Adventures with Domi & Mélissa 💦🔮

Both my friend Mélissa and I are new to the Byron Shire area and as 2 single gals (well I’m a former single girl now, but still, we kicked this off as 2 single gals) we were looking for someone to go on adventures with. Adventures to explore this beautiful area.

And since I have a Ruby (the Rangie) and was looking for an adventure buddy and Mélissa didn’t have a Ruby (or any car for that matter) and was also looking for an adventure buddy, it was a match made in heaven.

We decided to dedicate the summer to exploring the area and having fun and time to heal by talking and connecting over topics that resonate a lot with both of us.

The best thing about having a good friend to go adventuring with is that there’s so much space to talk about deeper topics, do car karaoke together, and to be spontaneous and not stick to a plan too much. Don’t get me wrong, I like plans and structure, A LOT, but still, it’s nice to just be in an environment where everything is open to discuss.

So far, we’ve been adventuring in the Crystal Castle close to Byron and we explored 2 waterfalls in the area: Killen Falls and Minyon Falls.

This week’s video captures our adventures of bathing ourselves in sound baths, wandering around in beautiful gardens and feeling the energy from the most amazing crystals from all over the world, jump into waterfalls (well, Mélissa, not me, but I did capture it), hike to another waterfall, camp in Ruby and the tent we borrowed from my landlord, explore the most beautiful areas of the Hinterlands, and cute little villages where they serve chai with the biggest smiles on their faces.
